Furniture showroom salesperson
Your main duties/tasks:
- Interact with clients (architects, interior designers, etc.), receiving their requests and providing design consultancy based on their needs. Follow the sales process, from quote to installation, and provide after-sales support.
- Specifically: develop 2D/3D designs, prepare offers and order confirmations, and conduct on-site visits when necessary.
- Manage and develop relationships with architects and interior designers, focusing on networking and loyalty.
- Provide organizational support and participation in the Salone del Mobile.
- Assist in organizing events at our showroom.
Required:
- Strong customer relationship skills, empathy, and problem-solving skills, with the aim of meeting their needs.
- Knowledge of Rhinoceros and AutoCAD programs.
- Knowledge of the Adobe suite (AI, PS, IN).
- Fluent Italian and English. At least one year of experience in the role is preferred. Alternatively, we will consider candidates with a strong aptitude for working with the public, curiosity, precision, and strong motivation. The contractual framework and compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and skills.
